All payments, subscriptions, and financial transactions are processed securely and exclusively by Apple Inc. through their native App Store In-App Purchase system. SURGE+ does not collect, receive, process, or store any sensitive financial data.

Application Data: Mobile Device Access (camera, storage), Mobile Device Data (device info, OS, IP address), Push Notifications.

Information automatically collected: Log and Usage Data, Device Data, Location Data.

We process your information to: facilitate account creation, request feedback, send marketing communications, protect our Services, identify usage trends, determine marketing effectiveness, save or protect vital interests, improve our AI models.
